Checking Availability Status

Most of the time, products are in stock and will ship immediately. Sometimes, there is a shipping delay or some products are unavailable. In those cases, delivery status will be indicated in the Invoice.

This chart shows the notations you’ll see if an item you want is not in stock.

• Backorder (B/O)
  Item is currently unavailable; will ship as soon as merchandise becomes available.
   
• Temporarily Not Available (TNA)
  Item is currently unavailable; will ship as soon as merchandise becomes available.

Delivery Options and Charges

1. Through www.aaagreencell.com.my, you can place your orders at your convenience. www.aaagreencell.com.my is available to all Malaysian.
   

There will be a handling fee of RM15.00 for orders that are below the minimum ordering value except for special programmed delivery. Refer to table below:

• Working Days
  Orders from Monday to Friday before 4.00pm – delivery will be between 2 – 3 working days from order date.
   

Backorder Information

Most of the time, products are in stock and will ship immediately when ordered. Occasionally, there may be an unanticipated high demand for a product or other delay that could cause an item to be temporarily out of stock. In these cases, the out-of-stock item will be backordered for shipment to you at a later date. Any other items on the same order will ship in the normal timeframe, if they are in stock.

Shipping
Once your Backorder item is available for shipment; it will be sent to you at no additional charge. Please allow 3 – 5 business days for delivery once stock is available.

Placing an Order

To add products directly into your shopping cart, click on the ordering page in the Company official website. If you have multiple items to enter, please select from the ordering menu. This lets you enter multiple item numbers at a time

When you are ready to purchase, click Checkout. Enter your preferred shipping address and delivery method.

• If you have already entered your shipping address, it will appear here and you can simply click on this address to have your order shipped there.
• Option to pick up your order at one of our HQ or Branches.

After entering shipping information, click Continue, and you will be taken to our Secure Payment Gateway to enter your payment method. More information about payment methods can be found here.

After entering your payment method, click Continue, and you can verify your entire order, including shipping and payment information in the Order Preview. Click Submit Order, and your order will be submitted. Be sure to print a copy of every order for your records.

Viewing Order History

Use Order History to review your most recent orders. The most recent order is at the top of the list, showing the top five items in the invoice.

• Search - include search by order number, order date, type of order, item number, or order status.
   
• Order Status "Active" - order has been placed.
   
• Advanced View - let you see back-ordered items, which will be flagged on the invoice.
   
• Order Details - shows you the order number, payment details, products ordered, and status of those products.

We stand behind the quality of AAA GreenCell products. Anytime you buy a AAA GreenCell product you have the right to use it for a reasonable period of time to determine if it is satisfactory and you want to keep it. Should you decide it is not satisfactory, please return the product to your servicing AAA Distributor, who will offer you the choice to have it replaced without charge, receive full credit on the returned product for the purchase of another AAA GreenCell product, or receive a refund on the full purchase price*.

This Guarantee does not apply to products that have been intentionally damaged or misused, AAA GreenCell distributed products which provide a specific time period of return, and those products covered by express written warranties.

You may use FPX for online payments of your orders.

Cash
Walk in for your cash payment. HQ and Branches receive cash for orders payment.
